Lisbon blends old-world charm with the energy of a living capital: yellow trams, azulejo tiles, viewpoints over the Tagus, cobbled quarters. But the magic often happens around the city. Sintra and its palaces nestled in an enchanted forest, Cascais and its Atlantic coastline, the nearby Alentejo with its wine estates. Within a few kilometres you move from city to ocean, from palace to vineyard. For a filmed and photographed wedding, it is an incomparable wealth of settings.

This is our real difference. We speak English and French with you and your guests, and Portuguese with the venue, the caterer, the registrar and the Portuguese families. Nothing gets lost in translation, neither an instruction to the planner nor the emotion of a Portuguese speech we will know to catch at the right moment. A foreign videographer will not understand what is said around them; we will.
The finest venues: Sintra, Cascais, the Alentejo
In Sintra, the Monserrate Palace and its UNESCO-listed exotic gardens, the Quinta da Regaleira and its mysterious grounds, the Tivoli Palácio de Seteais or the Queluz Palace. In Cascais, venues perched above the Atlantic facing the sunset, near the Cabo da Roca cliffs. In the nearby Alentejo, wine estates such as L'AND Vineyards for a wedding among the vines. We know these places, their light through the day, and the best angles to film them.
Marrying in Lisbon as a foreign couple
The official civil ceremony is held in Portuguese before a registrar, and your documents must be translated into Portuguese and apostilled, submitted one to two months ahead. For a foreign couple, it quickly gets confusing. Our native Portuguese saves precious time: talking to the town hall, understanding a quote, clearing up a misunderstanding with a supplier. On the day, you enjoy your wedding while we speak the country's language for you.
